Carpet stretching services are available for customers that have rippled and loose carpets.
Re-stretching is done with a “Power Stretcher”. This tool allows for proper and even carpet tension by stretching across the entire area from one wall to another. The use of a “Power Stretcher” ensures that the stretch is completed correctly and will add years to the life of your carpet.
Knee Kickers are used to adjust and do not provide adequate tension for long term results.
Why should I stretch my carpets?
Rippled carpets will wear quicker where it is ridged and can cause damage to the backing significantly reducing the life of your carpet.
Rippled and loose carpet can be a tripping hazard and cause safety concerns

Carpet Stretching
Due to the operation of the power stretcher furniture must be removed from areas that are being stretched for optimal results. There are some exceptions to this rule, but if you are unable to move furniture yourself please enquire about my furniture moving package!
Damage can occur to your carpet in many ways
Pet Damage - If your beloved pet has mischievously caused damage to your carpet by scratching or biting it there’s no reason to worry. These kinds of issues are common and can be fixed!
Burns - Whether you dropped an iron, a curler, an ember, or an open flame; a burn and melted carpet can be fixed!
Stains and Bleaching - Struggling with a permanent stain or maybe some bleached spots? These can be Fixed!
Damaged carpet can be removed and replaced with fresh carpet to make your floors look great again! While some may have extra carpet from installation it is common that no spare carpet is available. If this is the case carpet can be taken from a closet to complete the repair.

Squeaky Floors
Do you have squeaks and creaks when walking across your carpeted floors? I can help get rid of that annoying sound! The carpet will be pulled back exposing the wooden floorboards and the culprit of the noise…THE NAILS!!!
Over time the nails that once fastened the floorboards to the joists begin to pull up and rub the wood floorboards as you walk causing the creaks and squeaks.
I use structural screws to refasten the floorboards to the joists then hammer the nails back down to ensure that you never have to deal with this issue again. Once the floorboards are properly fastened down, the carpets will be power stretched back into place for years of problem free comfort!
